Default Friday 6/14

Okay, so there was a busy weekend, Father's Day, and I went job hunting most of the day today, but now I finally have a minute to sit down and log Friday. Still no Juggernaut though.

Squats:
First Set:10 reps @ 135 lbs.
Second Set: 10 reps @ 205 lbs.
Third Set: 10 reps @ 215 lbs.
Fourth Set: 8 reps @ 215 lbs.
Fifth Set:5 reps @ 225 lbs.

2 mile run/walk

Prisoner Squats
5 sets of 20 @ bodyweight
