Excellent! Really long and tough workout and Juggernaut HP definitely helped me through it. My Coach is insane. He had me do Clean and Jerk with sandbags!!! It works on your grip so much. We also did farmers walk. My forearms and legs fell great.

I am going to be at a national debate tournament for a week so I probably won't post for a while. Who knows I may just take some Juggernaut HP before I go into the debate?
John Butz and I do Farmers. We use dumbbell a but have seen those that are essentially a long barbell with a large grip. You also may want to look into large grip items such as Fat Gripz or 2-inch bars.
