Sunday getting back into strongman
Felt good today, wanted to get some blood flowing. Did some light farmers, back felt good

Farmers walk
*all sets were 80 ft total with 2 picks
80 each hand x 2 sets
120 each hand x 2 sets
160 each hand x 3 sets

Farmers walk Conditioning hell
120 each hand x about 300 yards with 3 picks

Thought I was gonna die after this set, arms and traps were burning. This was great, will definitely do this again. Next week I should be able to fully get back into strongman, will keep it lighter.
