I'm sure a lot of my benching problems are mental but something isn't quite right, not sure if it's the shoulder or what but I think I'm going to stop going maximal weights and work with 50% weights to get some explosiveness, try to figure out what part of my bench is causing me problems.
Bench - 230x4, 230x6, 230x5. - Had spotters because it just is nasty.
BB Row - 240x5, 240x5, 240x5
Did the bb rows a little bit less rest than normal, I was happy with the feeling-like-I-am-dying part too.
