Keep doing the rep work on the squats and you will progress. They looked pretty good to me Big J. I am progressing slowly on mine as I build back up hoping that I will be able to keep my form to a high standard.
On the deads, I suggest, and its only a suggestion, that you stay tight & taut in between reps. I find I am able to retain my form consistently throughout the set that way. I am glad you have a good first impression with Sumo tho!
