Crushed some heavy weight today. 2 scoops of condense 20 minutes before lifting. 545 deadlift and 200 pounds axle clean and press.

This stuff mixes great. Instead of downing it all at once today, i mixed it in with a full shaker of water and drank it on the way to the gym. It mixed in a couple shakes and didn't separate out afterwards. It tastes awesome, not over sweet, not bitter. This is good stuff.
