Thanks Nick, it is a fun program for sure, I can email you a spreadsheet that does all the different cycles of Sheiko too if you ever think of trying it. I think I'm going to do a more advanced cycle next time, probably gonna stick with this style of training all summer and into my DL meet in November. I'm hoping to find a full power meet to get into this summer too.
