Couple mediocre bench sessions in a row. This coincides with my slacking on direct arm work. Could be a coincidence, but I am going to add the arm work back in until 2 weeks out just in case.

Weight just generally felt heavy today. My upper back was a little fatigued too, mostly due to helping get some drywall on the bathroom ceiling yesterday.

Been a crazy month. Some days I feel I have 1900 raw in me, others 1800. I am more than ready to get this over with and find out.
