Notes:
Squats were going great, hit 10 reps and had a ton left, or so I thought. Reps 11 and 12 were getting ugly, form was breaking down, and I was bending over way too much. I had plenty left in my legs and hips, but my low back was fatiguing fast. So, I shut it down and thought I'd live to fight another day. Finished with some light and snappy Good Mornings and some high rep shrugs.

OR Jr hit his squat goal of 110 lbs x 15 reps, we get to increase the weight next week. He finished off with some back raises and farmers walks. Beast Mode!
