Thank you Gentlemen appreciate the support.

Very much enjoy being able to train with my Son. Training is way less stressful on my joints I don't feel beat up all the time, I still miss lifting heavier.

Skipped 1 session of squats will do the percentage based squats tomorrow.

Was going to squat yesterday but only ate 1 brat in the morning with my coffee. Thought better than additional stress on the body with little nutrition.
Today went very good no shoulder pain or popping sounds with 160.
