Did sumo's for the first time as recommended to me by some of you guys. I didn't really put a lot of time into reading about form and technique. So I will continue to do so for the next few weeks.

OVerall Workout Grade: B
Sumos felt good overall. I think I need to spend more time working on the technique, but I like them. Felt easier for me to get into position. I am looking forward to seeing what I can do with them.
The rest of the session was pretty staight forward assistance work.
I am messing with the camera angles on sumo. So be patient.
