Saturday quick session
Fishing trip later today, wanted to hit some log. Log is awkward if I don't do it for a while

Log 1 clean and press
105 x 5, 3 strict, 2 push
125 x 5, 3 strict 2 push
135 x 5, 2 strict 1 push
155 x 3, 1 strict, 2 push
195 x 3 singles
Felt solid, form just needs more practice

Sled walk
45 x about half mile

Couple sets of pull ups and rehab work.

Back is feeling good, but I want to make sure I continue to strengthen this area.
