Yep, there's an awful lot of incredibly strong folks here, and they happen to be pretty friendly, helpful, and so on, as well.

Also, quite a few people gradually working their way towards being strong/big/other. Like me, say. Definitely room for all "levels".

I recommend logging your workouts here, as you'll get support, encouragement, and even advice if you want it. Plus, it can help to keep you honest.
