Day #: 5
Juggernaut HP 1 and 1/4 scoop
Awesome workout yesterday. I was able to get in and do work. Did overhead push press as my first exercise. 3 sets going 8 reps, 6 reps, and then 4 reps with increasing weight. I was focused and doing a surprising amount of weight and the rest of the workout was the same. Juggernaut HP made me feel like an animal!!!
Overall Performance 9/10
I am about to go workout for today. Fridays are tough and mainly legs.
