Thanks Jim - I'm hoping the grip change will lead to progression as before I think my shoulders were being engaged enough and the range of motion was somewhat ineffecient
Haha, my arms are still puny and I perform the curls quite strict so I only curl as high until I feel my shoulders wanting to move and compensate in the lift.
