Thanks guys! I did this meet last minute type of thing.
I was on a bum knee so squatting and deadlifting were very sketchy

I was happy with were those two lifts finished off. I only took 2 attempts at both of them.

I had more in the bench, but I haven't spent enough time in the Titan f6 shirt to know how to make it work all the time
