Long Bar Rows:
110x12 Couldn't grip the dumbbell. Had ripped my calluses to hell on bar rows so even with straps I could barely hold on.
315x3 same thing as earlier
Pretty good day overall. Spent a lot of time in between sets teaching a friend how to squat, OHP, and deadlift so that hurt me a bit in exercise hence why I cut some lifts out of today.
