First Set (Warm Up): 12 reps @ 65 lbs.
Second Set: 10 reps @ 95 lbs.
Third Set: 8 reps @ 115 lbs.
Fourth Set: 5 reps @ 125 lbs.

Concentration Curls
Three sets of 8 @ 50 lbs.

Bent Over Rows:

Deadlifts:
