No idea. Large amount of milk. Couple cups of coffee. Odd bottle of water.

My 2ps worth;

Drink when you are thirsty. The only time I think you really need to be switched on with water is if you live in a real hot place and or doing alot of perfomance based endurance work. Think most other siuations let your thirst decide.

If your drinking so much you peeing all the time its clear its probably unesscary.
