Looked good to me. I never liked following a heavy squat day with upper body stuff, I always reversed it and did the upper day first and then killed the squats the next day. Keep Smashing, looking good.
Thanks OR. Right now with my schedule, this is what works best for me, because it is either squats and upper body or squats and deadlifts back to back. I like to have a day of rest before squats and deadlifts.
