Fav Supp: wpc, cmh, epa/dha, multi
400ml of water with creatine, 400ml of whole milk with protein powder (x2, so 800ml), a cup of coffee, several cups of tea.
That's every day. And if I ever feel thirsty beyond that, I'll have some water, or something else that's mostly water and isn't caffeinated.
edit: Oh, and up to about 1 litre, on gym days (at the gym).
