Shakes, steaks and eggs today. Carb cravings are coming on now. I really just wanted a sandwich earlier, and even with a good steak I'm left unsatisfied. Hopefully in 10-14 days I'll be back in the 220's for the first time in a few months. I'm also noticeably leaner in the midsection and my belt was looser today while I was squatting than it was only a few days ago.

I may actually lose weight too fast with this diet, which is not something I want since my goal is to maintain strength. If that's the case then I'll go to 2 carb days a week. that'll slow me down nicely. But we can cross that bridge when we get there.
