So far behind logging, been swamped but finally got away from work to take 2 days up at the lake. Hit it hard tonight with bench press + assistance then cambered paused squats + red band. These are such a good builder, I love them. I hit about 42 heavy reps and then tried to eat as much as I could. Got a little food hangover from being up at the lake for 2 days, just ate what I wanted when I wanted. Nice bloat going for sure.

Red Band is the medium band, very tough with the cambered bar.
