He played High School...was recruited by Duke, Perdue, Souther Miss, among others. But when Dad got in a fight with offensive Line coach, called him a mother f**ckin c**k sucker...Trey did not see the field as much, then the ACL injury...and thats the end of that tail.
He was a big lifter in HS, they actually bought some 150 lb dumbells just for him to do 1 arm rows....but he has since confessed to me that they gave the O-linemen steroids in high school, which I suspected since he got super strong and super big, super fast!!
Anyway, he is no where near as close in strength now as he was then...I mean no where close, 3 yrs of not touching a weight, college, girls, and beer have left his strength levels pretty low. So we want to basically start over, and the "untrained" "un-informed" approach I took when I started certainly is NOT the way to go!!
