Just noticed my head was down when squatting. This was due to the low ceilings in there and standing on a platform so even closer to them. This probably caused my lack of upper back tightness and lost me some KGs. Should have noticed this. I didn't have time to review video in between lifts unfortunately as there were only 6 lifters in my flight and one passed his third squat and then dropped out so down to 5.
