Finally got moved to the beach.
Started the day with a run and swim on the beach. Then:
drop straps and tried out hook
dimels 315 8,8,6 (I am horrible at these)
band gms blue+50 pound dumbells 3x15
db snatches 50 2x10
chins 8 (stopped here because my back was so pumped it felt like it was going to tear)
