I also read T-Nation articles and there is a lot of good stuff but I do agree that lots of 'overthinking' goes on.
As for that kettlebell guy, I'm damn impressed by that but then again, I'm not all that hard to impress when it comes to strength feats
I have never seen someone squat more than 190kg in my gym or deadlift more than 220kg so yeah, that kid's strength is fantastic in my book
