1:20. Was most miserable 1:20 of my life.
I don't see myself doing this challenge again. 1 min planks to work up into 3-4sets is more my speed.
You guys the can go 2 min plus, or even 3,4,5 min(!?!) are awesome! I can't even imagine that at all.
