Active rest day. with my family out of town, I am able to catch up on sleep. 9 hours last night. woke up sore from the week. stretched and called it good. I chose to have my JUG HP instead of coffee this morning. Gave me the quick pickup i needed. Working half day today so i will get the bike out and work the legs a bit. no crazy hill climbing or trail riding this time.
tomorrow after the gym i will be planning my meals and snacks for the week. all sorts of chicken, italian tuna salad and cut fruit.
I am still digging the taste.
