Squat (Oly) 135x10x5 (Not a typo, 5 sets of 10 reps)
Light squat day.. "dynamic" -ish .. about 70-80% of 1RM
First day of squatting this week, went very well, couldn't have asked more pushed to the edge.
I definitely think I hit the sweet spot rep/sets wise, it's very demanding, but I still have enough to do the 5x10 oly stance.
I've got videos of all end sets, form looks damn good, stopped at the right moment each exercise.
I'll be uploading those tonight, need to edit them.. thankfully no faces to blur, yay!
And basically, my second day of squatting (friday) friday or saturday, will be heavier weights and double/singles rather than double/triples. Expecting to be using the bar only on the 5x10.
