Pull-ups 8/6/6/6/6 (used bands to complete 6 reps on some sets)
Kayak Cable Rows 90x8/60x8x4
Not the happiest guy about the 275x6, something went off after a few and it wasn't as easy as it should have been.
The lighter sets of 8 reps went pretty good, did some conventional pulls and finished with strong sumo sets.
Pull-ups are coming in good, good progress...
Kayak Cable Rows are alright, but I went to a vitamin shop and they had gym gear, including those pull-up ab straps.
So I'll be giving those Thibodeau Lat Pulldowns a try tomorrow night, probably going to be replacing the rows.
Sh*t gets real tomorrow, first day of squatting..
Bought some Optimum Nutrition protein, what a difference blend/taste wise to the Body Fortress, pricier, but meh..
Also bought D-3 and Taurine.. will be trying those too. D-3 for mood enhancer, taurine too and recovery.
