6/3/13 off week??
Visititing my girlfriend in Houston so hard to keep my diet on track and also hard to train like normal. Got in a half decent bodybuilderesque workout.
BB rows 225x5,245x5
Tricep push down 3x6
Bicep curls 12,10,8
DB bench 70x10,90x6,100x6
DB Shrugs 80x15,100x15
Did what I could with what energy and environment I had to deal with.
