Day #:3
A little jog for about 40 min and then a quick 20 min bicep routine
Juggernaut HP 1 and 1/4 scoop

(posting about yesterday)

Worked great. I had a lot of work to do so I wanted a quick and effective workout and thats exactly what I got.

Taste 9/10

Strength 9/10
Focus 9/10
Pump 8/10
Overall Performance 9/10

I have a nice long workout today. I will do my heavy lifting at 3:30 and then practice about 5 till 8. Definitely going to take some Jug HP before to help me out. Can't wait to get big!!!
