Worked great. I had a lot of work to do so I wanted a quick and effective workout and thats exactly what I got.
Overall Performance 9/10
I have a nice long workout today. I will do my heavy lifting at 3:30 and then practice about 5 till 8. Definitely going to take some Jug HP before to help me out. Can't wait to get big!!!
