perfkt3 is off to a bad start
Default Grinnin n Rippin to a bigger total

starting up a new week of 5/3/1 tomorrow, thought now would be a good time to get the log started! 5th cycle of it is comming to a close soon---hoping I can continue with the gains for a few more cycles

goals for the year / current:
405 bench + keep pec healthy / 345(10shy of recent best)
315 military / 275
700 deadlift / 650
squat without issues --knee issues for ever
260bw / 298
May be doing a quickie meet in a few months if I can hit a certain weight class..

Will try to stay as active as possible on the boards, goin to classes everyday, stuff is tuff...
Feel free to ask away, if any questions arise, I like tryin to help out whenever possible....Also open to any suggestions if there are any out there!
