Still waiting on the Juggernaut HP to get here, but here is Friday

Squats:
First Set: 10 reps @ 135 lbs.
Second Set: 6 reps @ 205 lbs.
Third Set: 4 reps @ 225 lbs.

Deadlifts:
First Set: 10 reps @ 135 lbs.
Second Set: 8 reps @ 205 lbs
Third Set: 6 reps @ 225 lbs.

My back is getting stronger after a bout with sciatica. I have seen gains in both strength and endurance and it's starting to look like I may be back into heavy weight pretty soon.
