Praying about moving to a 4 day cycle Upper/Lower/Upper/Lower. Increase the frequency a bit.

quad blaster - I held two 35 lb dumbells behind my back as I did these, adding the 70 lbs.
Glute Ham- I still can't go down and up with no hands, but these are feeling so easy now, that I feel I need to add some weight.

Also considering an AMAP set after the 5th set of micro reps.
