Day #:2
A little jog with some sprints at the end followed up by a core routine
Juggernaut HP 1 and 1/4 scoop

Once again a great pre workout. I knew I needed to workout today even though it wasn't a lifting day so after dinner I took my Juggernaut HP, stretched, and went through a quick and effective workout.

I was really surprised at my stamina. I haven't really gone on a run in a while and haven't ran frequently enough to be in good shape but I could definitely see the results of Juggernaut HP. It gave me the focus and the drive to push myself through the workout and ran at a pretty good pace. I am definitely sore from yesterday's workout . I have a simir workout tomorrow and then it's back to the wait room for some power lifting.
