Good work I would say squats are your biggest problem. If I were you I would drop a lot of weight and just work on depth and the lighter weights may help to strengthen your knees as well, making them feel better. Watch some good squat videos and compare them to yours, form first weight second.
Deadlifts and overhead press looked good. Although I am sure a rack would have made the OHP a bit easier. Good work, you have a ton of potential, but nail down the form now to make it easier in the future. Keep at it, great stuff
