To be honest, I been getting away with basing my training percents off my 1RM, instead of 90% of my 1RM or Wendlers training max. I can see why he recommends that because basing my %'s off my 1RM and adding 5-10lbs each cycle has been catching up to me. So, figured I'd re-calculate after 8 Cycles (6 Months) and sort of build my way back up and set up some goals for, where I want to be next year.
