My current routine is using the rep goal scheme and my highest lifts I've used so far is:
Squat 275x5 for 3 sets
Deadlift 425x5 for 3 sets
Bench 205x5 for 3 sets
Barbell Row 225x5 for 3 sets
Military Press 135x5 for 3 sets
Depending on how many scoops I use (I will start with recommended dosage), My 30+ day goals would be to get:
Squat 315x5 for 3 sets
Deadlift 465x5 for 3 sets
Bench 245x5 for 3 sets
Barbell Row 265x5 for 3 sets
Military Press 175x5 for 3 sets
I don't normally go for a 1 rep max but I might do a "mock meet" at the end of the run of Juggernaut.
