I thought the as a pre workout it was great. I was a little tired from last night but once I started drinking it I felt focused and ready to clock in and do work. Definitely an energy boost throughout the duration of the workout.
Overall Performance 8/10
At the end of the workout my coach through 185 on the bench and split us up into lineman and skill players. we had like a little combine to see who could get it the most. Although I didn't win i was very happy with my 15 reps considering I am just getting back into the weight and i have always struggled with stamina on the bench. I felt that even after an hour workout I had plenty of energy to keep going and powered through every set. Can't wait to see what tomorrow's workout will be like!
