Cool AK47 is Becoming a Juggernaut

Age:16 years old and going to be a Junior in high school
Gender: Male
Training Experience: I am a varsity football player and have been lifting for a few years. I focus on explosive lifts and large muscle groups.

My goal for the next 60 days is to build strength. Plain and simple i want to get stronger. I would also like to increase my stamina while I workout and on the field. I am going to lift 5 days a week and recover on saturday and sunday. My diet is going to consist of a lot of fresh meats, vegetables, and fruits. I am on a heavy protein diet that does include a whey protein and is going to include creatine. Currently I am about 200 lbs but I hope to cut down to around 185 by the time season comes around. I can't wait for some insane workouts with Juggernaut HP and some awesome results!
