Seated Cable Rows
3x12 w/ 35 plate
Was pretty pissed I missed 285 after getting 295 last cycle. This morning I felt good and motivated, came in with a goal in mind of 5lb PR. I just couldn't lock it out. Couple complaints I had were; the gym was out of chalk. I asked the gym owner for some more and he said he'd get me some in just a second... Never got back to me. Then, just before I go to pull my top set some chick starts doing lunges in front of me so I took a step back and let her go by. Then, as I'm trying to lock it out she comes by again doing lunges in front of me, which kind of screwed my concentration up...
I guess that's life! Look forward to getting it next time...
