Cut into small cubes, cook in pan with a little olive oil. Add garlic, salt, lime juice. Great filling for quesadillas.
Grilled with garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper. Sliced thinly for fajitas
Cover with a little almond meal and coconut flour, salt pepper, and baked. I don't do much grain, so this is a nice replacement for traditional flour
