*Think I just figured out my weakness on the bench. I was really struggling to get the bar off my chest, but once I got the weight about half way up I locked it out pretty quick. So I'm guessing my chest is the weak point. Think I'll start adding some wide grip pressing for reps after my main sets.

DB Tricep Ext.

*Dropped the weight a little to go for reps, got a good pump in the my back & lats

DB Incline Press
