1 scoop of condense about 30 minutes before squats. Great energy and had one of the best sessions I've had in several weeks. Its been a while since I've done a rep day for legs and even though it might not have been earth shattering, good weight was lifted and I had the energy to get everything on the list done and then plenty energy left over to fire up the grill and BBQ for a get together.
