155x5 Need to work on my form, it's turning more into an incline than an OHP.
95x8 Went lighter than usual due to some weirdness on bench.
Really had to push through it today. So I gave it all I could.
Had some weird pains on bench today. Felt the lift in my biceps and my 1st rep of all sets felt awkward and off.
Vid inc of last sets of most, but more sets of others.
