I know it's rough to not lift, when you want to or you're used to lifting! But think of that time as growing time! You might be surprised at how much stronger and fresher you'll be! I know we are all different, but I know I do better with less! But I'm a lot more lazy than you and it's easy for me to not lift, means I don't have to increase my headache
