Thanks guys. Not many sessions left for me now. Schedule is looking like:

Tomorrow - Full gear squats against chains. Working up to a PB.

Friday - Equipped bench. Opener and approximate 3rd off 1 board. Heavier weight off 2 board.

Monday - Lower body loosener.

Thursday - Upper body loosener.

Sunday - Meet.
